A series of strips about being lost in the streets of Tijuana, named in reply to the question "Where is Jeff"?. Jeff is a wandering enigma who has travel quite a bit, and is currently touring TJ, BC, MX. The image quality is poor because I didn't have a scanner when I first made this, I improvised by faxing it to myself. I've since gotten a scanner but lost the originals. It was my intention to place Jeff's writings here, but I've since lost those too! If you've seen Jeff lately or have anything he's written, e-mail me, and I'll include it here.
