Charles Seth Carmine, Jr. was born October 06, 1906,
Elizabeth City, North Carolina.
He was the son of Charles and Linda Brothers Carmine.

On November 11, 1930, he married Gertrude Elizabeth Simpson.

He served in the US Army over 30 years.

He died June 16, 1963, in Versailles, Indiana.
He is buried at Elmwood Cemetery, Owensboro, Kentucky.
