CD Database Resources

Searching for that favorite quote, that beloved story, and that pioneer journal has never been easier. A number of companies have produced compact discs containing digitized primary and secondary source documents. These databases contain copies of journals, letters, patriarchal blessings, minutes of meetings, dictated revelations, and plenty of secondary source materials. This section of Mormon Americana will describe some of the most popular and useful database resources.

New Mormon Studies, by Smith Research Associates

This is the collection which contains more digitized primary sources than any other collection, including holograph journals, patriarchal blessings, quorum minutes, and other important published primary sources.  For an alphabetic listing of titles in the collection, click here.
